When booking a service with Blue Mountains Pristine Cleaning Services you agree to the below terms and conditions of service, if you have any questions or concerns in regard to our terms and conditions, please contact us prior to booking a service.

It is a condition of service that all clients agree to our policies set out in our service guide document. When booking a service, you agree and accept the policies and terms and conditions set out in this document. Our service guide can be found in the Notice Board

If we receive less than 48 hours' notice a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. We require full payment on the day of your service, once the service is completed. 

We issue electronic invoices at the completion of your service delivered via email or text. These can be paid via bank transfer or in cash directly to your cleaner on the day. Full payment is due on the day of your service, once it has been completed.

If for any reason our staff feel threatened, uncomfortable or unable to proceed, the service will be terminated immediately to then be reviewed for further services with Blue Mountains Pristine Cleaning services in the future.

Our quotes are an estimate and are subject to change. We will always inform you before starting the service if on the day we expect to be at your home longer than the estimated time or if there are any changes in the cost.

Payments are due on the day you recieve your service, Invoices are delivered eletronically on the afternoon of your service. If for any reason you are unable to pay the balance due on the day, ongoing services will be paused until payment is made.
